The Public Works Department has the massive responsibility of maintaining the City's physical assets: streets, sidewalks, water system, sewer system, drainage facilities and municipally owned buildings.
To report an emergency such as traffic hazards, water leak or sewer stoppages during office hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday) call the Public Works Department at (903) 477-1775 or (903) 910-1003 or email at cityadmin@trinidadtexas.com . Don't assume your neighbor will make the call for emergencies. The Public Works Department would rather receive multiple reports about a suspected problem than no calls at all.
