NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Board of Adjustments and Appeals meeting of the City of Trinidad, Texas, will be held at the Trinidad City Hall, 212 Park Street, Trinidad, Texas 75163, on the above date and time, for consideration and possible action on the following:

CALL TO ORDER AND INVOCATION

INVOCATION

VISITORS/CITIZEN INQUIRY: In accordance with the Open Meeting Act, Council is prohibited from acting or discussing (other than factual responses to specific questions) any items brought before them at this time. No formal action can be taken on these items at this meeting. Discussion is limited to five (5) minutes per person.

PUBLIC HEARING

The Board of Adjustments and Appeals of the City of Trinidad will conduct a Public Hearing on the following properties in Trinidad, Texas to consider and act upon the following:

1. Dangerous Building case involving property owned by Stonecrest Income & Opportunity Fund LLC

The building(s) or structure(s) on the property described below was declared to be a dangerous building under Ordinance Number 2012-008 and Chapter 214, Texas Local Government Code. Consider evidence regarding the status of the building(s) or structure(s) as a dangerous building and consider and possibly act upon an order to repair, vacate, remove, secure, and or demolish the building(s) or structure(s) located on the following property.

2. Dangerous Building case involving property owned by Juan Carl Perez and Sarah Dian Perez

The building(s) or structure(s) on the property described below was declared to be a dangerous building under Ordinance Number 2012-008 and Chapter 214, Texas Local Government Code. Consider evidence regarding the status of the building(s) or structure(s) as a dangerous building and consider and possibly act upon an order to repair, vacate, remove, secure, and or demolish the building(s) or structure(s) located on the following property.

ACTION ITEMS

Consider making findings regarding the status of the building(s) or structure(s) as a dangerous building and consider and possibly act upon an order to repair, vacate, remove, secure, and or demolish the building(s) or structure(s) located on the above-described property.

CONSENT AGENDA: All matters listed under Consent Agenda are considered to be routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion. If discussion is desired, that item will then be removed from the Consent Agenda and will be considered separately.
